A few days ago Kamlesh, my friend working with INIFD Institute, came to me and suggested if his students (upcoming fashion designers) could use Durag Niwas Guest House for a Fashion Shoot and have Sambhali Jodhpur project participants as models for the first ever portfolio of the INIFD students. Well, saying NO to this would have been a mistake, for building up self esteem of the girls of the Jodhpur project "Empowerment of women from the 'Harijan' (untouchable) Community".

I accepted his request, here are a few impressions from our girls and students of INIFD who we thank in millions for this kind support to the participants of the Trust.

We also celebrated birtdays of Payal and Shweta, our new participants.

After the shoot Kamlesh requested us if he can take Payal, her sister Ranu and Soniya to a town called Bhilwara, where the three of them were paid for a fashion show, yes on ramp as models. For all the three girls it was a dream come true to be paid for a professional fashion show and for us one more step up the ladder towards our success.
