Sambhali Trust: Structure, curriculum, staff meetings, lack of resources etc. etc. etc... but I must say with the blessings and support of my friends the obstacles look very small.

Besides the politics in the department of women and child development staff here in Jodhpur and in Jaipur, we are running successfully the government program related to improving the existing government's 10 self help groups given to us on 4th Feb. 2010 for the empowerment from the district.

The government project has had training of Management for two days each group, where master trainers were invited to evaluate the group and their capabilities, followed by a visit to the bank. The ladies had lunch with us and stayed from 9.30 till 4.30pm and from 5th of April til 11th April.

The senior officials of the district are wonderful people; it's these people who work in the accounting and project officers for the NGO's who are corrupt.

We have requested Ms. Anita Channgani to take over as the manager for the Government program.

Setrawa Project Ms. Bhagwati as a field worker for the Sheerni project has quit, instead Mr. Mool Singh has taken over as one of the two field workers. Ms. Ram Kanwar, the tuition teacher, has also quit because she couldn't spare time from work at her home.

Graduates have been given few workshops of making jewelery, they are happy and it is a continuous job with some money.
