Monica Jod: "We are 2 sisters, a brother and my parents in my family, due to lack of money and non payable of the fees I had to leave school. I want to join the co-op to put my time into learning something more skilled. I will put the money I will earn in the co-op to help my parents fight with the financial situation."

Saraswati Gharu: "I am married for 17 years and I have 4 children, all of my kids are going to school, I have joined the co-op to learn all the skills from the local artisans and craftsmen. I will use the money coming from the project help my family financially."

Saroj Jod: "We are 5 people in my family. My father was murdered 5 years ago, my mother is unemployed, I am learning these skills so that I can be independent and not beg for money, I want to be self sustained when I am married. I do not want to depend on anybody."

Meera Dharu: "I'm married and I'm living with 2 children. My husband is little confused with our marriage, he doesn’t stay at home and not support the family financially, emotionally therefore I want to be independent and want to secure my children’s future."

Lajwanti Dharu: "I wanted to study but there was nobody to look after my younger brothers in our home when my parents were off working, now when my brothers are grown up I realize I m way back in life from the present world. I now want to study but it is too late and there is no money for me to study. I found out about Sambhali co-op through a friend. I think that there can not be anything better I can do with my life by learning the skills here and support myself and make my future strong in every way. We are 2 brothers, me and my parents in my family."
